While many people believe weight loss is as simple as calories in , calories out for some of us (myself included) a more multifaceted approach is necessary.  I know first hand how unhealthy relationships with food can be rooted in trauma, stress and other emotional issues which is why hypnosis is an invaluable tool for developing a long lasting strategy for health and wellness.

This one won't be easy..this weight loss program is a four week commitment during which time I will tailor a plan specifically for you, to assist you with your health and wellness goals. The program is divided into 4 weekly goals, each goal builds upon the last with an overarching goal of increasing mindfulness and discipline. 


What does it consist of?


This program includes four 90 minute hypnosis sessions that you will attend once weekly for four weeks. We will use that time to uncover and release any subconscious blocks to living a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, upon registration you will receive the health and wellness Ebook which includes strategic goals to help you make positive changes for your health, a habit tracker and weekly "cheat sheets". The purpose of the Ebook and supplemental materials is to strengthen discipline and cultivate focus where food is concerned and the goals outlined in the material are not intended to be for life, however the discipline and determination gained will cultivate a lifetime of healthy habits.
